      2021 年政府工作报告首次单独提及“创新供应链金融服务模式”，这说明供 应链金融已上升为国家战略，也意味着国家认可其解决中小微企业融资难的能力 并会推动和规范供应链金融的发展。近年来，随着数字新技术的注入，更具柔性 的供应链融资有着较低成本、辐射范围更广等优势，相较于传统融资模式更受企 业追捧。以零售起家的苏宁易购，也依托自身优势，投身供应链融资，成功开发 出多种供应链融资产品，助推了中小微企业的发展。

      文章首先是从苏宁易购主导的供应链融资动因入手，对实施供应链融资基本 方案、运作流程以及几种融资模式现状进行详细的介绍，分析供应链融资对苏宁 易购本身和上下游企业带来的影响；其次是指出苏宁易购供应链融资增加短期偿 债压力、带来相应的信用风险、资金链脆弱等问题；最后，对以上问题提出相应 的优化措施。

      文章针对苏宁易购供应链融资过程中存在的问题提供了几点风险应对措施： 一是建立有效风控体系并加强相关人员管理；二是提出通过提高资金周转速度来 缓解偿债压力；三是通过增强现金流的方式解决资金链问题。希望本文关于苏宁 易购供应链融资的研究能对已实施或尚未实施供应链融资的企业提供借鉴。

  The Government Work Report of 2021 separately mentioned "innovative financial service model of supply chain"for the first time, which means that the supply chain finance has risen to the national strategy and has been recognized and supported at the national level in solving the financing problems of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. In recent years, with the injection of new digital technologies,the more cetensible supply chain financing has the advantages of lower cost and strong inclusiveness,which is more welcomed by enterprises than the traditional financing mode. Suning, which started as a retail store also successfully developed many supply chain financing products and helped small, medium and micro enterprises to solve the problem.

  The article first starts from the reasons for Suning Tesco’s supply chain financing. Through a detailed introduction to the basic plan and operation process of supply chain financing and the status quo of financing models, then analyze the impact on itself and its upstream and downstream suppliers after it launches supply chain financing; secondly, it points out some problems of Suning’s supply chain financing, for example, Suning's short-term debt repayment pressure has increased, the corresponding credit risks generated during the financing process, and the capital chain have become more fragile;finally, put forward some countermeasures to optimize the problems in Suning's supply chain financing process.

  This article recommends the following ways to improve Suning Tesco's supply chain financing process problems: The first is to strengthen the management of relevant personnel while establishing an efficient risk control system; the second is to improve the speed of capital turnover and increase profitability to alleviate debt repayment pressure; The third is to alleviate capital chain problems that may arise in the financing process by enhancing cash flow.It is hoped that the research on Suning’s supply chain financing can provide reference to enterprises that have implemented or have not implemented the supply chain financing.
