摘要 | 随着全球化经济水平的提高,国际竞争越来越激烈,中国更多的民营企业加入其中抢占资源,企业的发展和世界经济的跌宕起伏密不可分,对中国的民营企业来说,要在全球化中站稳脚跟,取得一席之地,进行国际化经营是必然的选择。 作为中国通信制造业的代表,华为公司在国内发展成熟后,目光投向手机国际化经营方面,开始大力开拓国际手机市场,这在一定程度上体现了中国企业的高科技水平已经取得了非凡的成绩,为中国经济的发展作出了贡献,但相比之下,华为手机的的国际化经营模式才是宝贵的。根据以上背景,本文以华为手机为例,对它的国际化经营模式进行了研究。 本文用案例研究分析的方法,在对华为手机国际化经营现状特别是对国际化经营模式进行分析的基础上,总结了它在国际化经营模式方面选择的一些经验,并进一步给国内其他同行企业以启示。研究发现,华为手机在国际化经营模式方面较为成功,取得了一些较为喜人的成绩,基本达到了预期目标。论文研究发现,在国际化经营的初期阶段,主要用的是市场国际化经营模式,中期阶段,主要用的是技术国际化经营模式,在国际化经营的后期扩张阶段,主要用的是资源国际化经营模式和资本国际化经营模式。因此,本文从技术研发、人才优势、品牌建设、企业文化等方面,总结经验给出启示。 论文共有五个部分组成:第一章为引言,主要介绍了选题依据、研究目的和意义,并且对已有文献进行梳理,阐述研究的主要内容、方法,论文中存在的创新点和不足;第二章为华为手机简介,主要介绍了华为公司基本概况、华为手机国际化动因及华为手机的国际化经营现状;第三章为华为手机的国际化经营环境分析,用SWOT分析国际化经营的机遇、威胁、优势、劣势等,用波特五力模型分析华为手机在行业的竞争力;第四章为华为手机的国际化经营模式分析,用案例分析华为手机国际化经营四种模式的具体内容,并对效果进行评价;第五章介绍华为手机国际化经营模式的经验和启示。

英文摘要 | With the improvement of the economic globalization, international competition is more and more intense, more private enterprises to join the preemption resources in China, the development of the enterprise and the ups and downs of the world economy are inseparable, for China's private enterprises, to gain a foothold in the globalization, a place, international operation is the inevitable choice, as the representative of China communication industry, the company accumulated a certain amount of resources at home and strength, focus on the mobile phone business, began to vigorously develop the international mobile phone market, which to some extent, embodies the Chinese enterprises have made remarkable achievements of high-tech, made contribution to China's economic development, but compared with international operation mode of mobile phone of huawei is valuable.Based on the above background, this paper takes Huawei mobile phone as an example to study its international business model. Based on the analysis of the current situation of Huawei mobile phone's international operation, especially its international operation mode, this paper summarizes its experience in the choice of international operation mode by means of case study and analysis, and further gives enlightenment to other domestic enterprises in the same industry.The study found that Huawei mobile phone in the aspect of international business model is more successful, has achieved some relatively pleasant results, basically reached the expected target.It is found that in the early stage of international operation, the market international operation mode is mainly used, in the middle stage, the technology international operation mode is mainly used, and in the late expansion stage of international operation, the resource international operation mode and the capital international operation mode are mainly used.Therefore, this paper summarizes the experience and gives enlightenment from the aspects of technology research and development, talent advantage, brand building and enterprise culture. The paper consists of five parts: The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the basis of the topic selection, the purpose and significance of the research, combs the existing literature, and expounds the main content and methods of the research, as well as the innovation and shortcomings in the paper.The second chapter is the introduction of Huawei mobile phone, which mainly introduces the basic situation of Huawei company, the internationalization motivation of Huawei mobile phone and the international operation status of Huawei mobile phone.The third chapter analyzes the international business environment of Huawei mobile phone, using SWOT to analyze the opportunities, threats, advantages and disadvantages of international business, and using Porter's Five Forces Model to analyze the competitiveness of Huawei mobile phone in the industry.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the international business model of Huawei mobile phone, using cases to analyze the specific contents of the four models of Huawei mobile phone international business, and to evaluate the effect;The fifth chapter introduces the experience and inspiration of Huawei mobile phone international business model.
