摘要

       中国国民经济自改革开放以来一直呈现出稳步增长的趋势,人口城镇化的速度也随之加快。城镇人口对优质果蔬、水产品和新鲜的肉蛋奶等生鲜农产品的需求远高于农村,而生鲜农产品在自然温度下不能长时间保存,否则容易出现腐烂、破损和变质等情况。冷链物流可以给生鲜农产品营造一个合适的低温环境从而有效延长保质期,提高其鲜活程度,实现果蔬的“时空价值”,保证果蔬的质量安全和供应安全。广东省的地理环境和气候条件都较适合农作物生长,在满足本地消费需要的同时还可以出口到其他国家,国内和国外的双重需求给广东省的生鲜农产品带来了更大的机遇,同时这也意味着更大的挑战,对广东省冷链物流的发展水平提出了更高要求。
       文章首先对相关的概念和理论进行了阐述,分析了广东省冷链物流的发展状况,其中包括生鲜农产品出口贸易规模分析、冷链物流发展现状、发展机遇和存在的问题。再结合了冷链物流的发展与广东省生鲜农产品出口贸易的作用机理,选取影响冷链物流发展的多方面因素作为变量,采用熵权法对2010年至2019年的数据进行计算。最后使用权重系数最高的变量,即对冷链物流发展影响最显著的变量与生鲜农产品出口额进行回归分析,通过实证结果得出,冷链物流的发展对广东省生鲜农产品出口贸易有明显的促进作用,完善和发展广东省冷链物流具有重要的现实意义,并提出了促进广东省冷链物流发展的对策建议。

英文摘要

      China's national economy has been showing a trend of steady growth since the reform and opening up, and the urbanization of the population has also accelerated. The demand of urban population for fresh agricultural products such as high-quality fruits and vegetables, aquatic products and fresh meat, eggs and milk are much higher than that in rural areas. However, fresh agricultural products cannot be preserved for a long time under natural temperature and are prone to rot, damage and deterioration. Cold chain logistics can create a suitable low temperature environment for fresh agricultural products to effectively extend the shelf life, improve their freshness, realize the "space-time value" of fruits and vegetables, and ensure the quality and supply safety of fruits and vegetables. The geographical environment and climate conditions in Guangdong are quite suitable for the growth of crops, which can be exported to other countries while meeting the local consumption needs. The dual demands at domestic and abroad has brought greater opportunities for fresh agricultural products in Guangdong Province, it also means a greater challenge and the higher requirements for the development level of cold chain logistics in Guangdong Province.
   Firstly, the related concepts and theories was expounded, the development status of cold chain logistics in Guangdong Province was analyzed, including the analysis of the export trade scale of fresh agricultural products, the development status, development opportunities and existing problems of cold chain logistics. The development of cold chain logistics and the mechanism of the export trade of fresh agricultural products in Guangdong Province was combined, the various factors which affected the development of cold chain logistics was selected as variables, the entropy method is used to calculate with the data from 2010 to 2019, and finally the regression analysis was conducted between the variable which has the highest weight coefficient, that is, the variable that has the most significant impact on the development of cold chain logistics, and the export of fresh agricultural products. Finally, the empirical result showed that the development of cold chain logistics has obvious effects on the export trade of fresh agricultural products in Guangdong Province. It is of great practical significance to promote, improve and develop the cold chain logistics in Guangdong Province and the countermeasures and suggestions was proposed to promote the development of cold chain logistics in Guangdong Province in the end.
