为大力发展人工智能产业，提升综合国力，近年来我国政府颁布了诸多政策措施，但由于我国人工智能产业起步较晚，所以目前仍处于期初探索阶段，而在当前社会、经济、市场等大环境波动较大的情况下，容易引起企业对外部风险和内部缺陷错误评估，长此以往，产生不良的发展因素。科大讯飞作为产业界代表企业，在行业具有领导地位，有一定的辐射带动作用，因而具有研究价值。企业自2008年上市以来，业绩一路上升，2019年更是突破百亿营收再创新高，然而在其高额营收背后，利润成色明显不足，高收低盈现象明显。

本文以多元化经营战略为视角，首先对科大讯飞多元化战略实施现状和基本财务状况进行回顾，发现其多元化战略主要表现为产品多元化而非行业多元化。但是从财务报表的直观数据来看，没有发现太大的问题，只是净利润欠佳。其次，文章按照“收入-费用=利润”的逻辑，从这三个方面进行分析，认为科大讯飞高收低盈的主要原因在于费用端消耗较大。这些情况导致其成长能力与盈利能力并不匹配，盈利质量和运营能力远低于行业水平，具有明显的劣势。综合来看，科大讯飞财务绩效存在的主要问题在于成本费用管控不佳，销售回款能力很差，研发支出占比较大且采用的会计处理方法过于激进，净利润过度依赖政府补助等。最后，文章在此基础上，指出高收低盈现象潜在的财务风险与经营风险，并提出相应的对策建议。

In order to develop artificial intelligence industry and promote comprehensive strength, our government has promulgated many policies and measures in recent years, but because our artificial intelligence started late, it is still in the early stage of exploration. In the current social, economic, market and other large environment fluctuations, easy to cause enterprises to assess external risks and internal defects, long-term, bad development factors. iFLYTEK, as a representative enterprise in the industry, has a leading position in the industry and a certain radiation driving effect, so has research value. Since 2008, the company's performance has risen ,2019 is more than 10 billion revenue to reach a new high, but behind its high revenue, profit color is obviously insufficient , high revenue, low profit phenomenon is obvious.

From the perspective of diversification strategy, this paper reviews the current situation and basic financial situation of iFLYTEK diversification strategy, and finds that its diversification strategy is mainly product diversification rather than industry diversification. But from the visual data of the three major reports, there is no big problem, but poor net profit. Secondly, according to the logic of "income-cost = profit ", this paper analyzes these three aspects, and thinks that the main reason of iFLYTEK's high income and low earnings lies in the large consumption of the cost end. These conditions lead to its growth ability and profitability do not match, profit quality and operational capacity is far lower than the industry level, with obvious disadvantages.In a word, the main problems of iFLYTEK's financial performance are poor cost control, poor sales payback ability, large R & D expenditure and too radical accounting treatment method, and excessive reliance on government subsidies for net profit. Finally, on this basis, the paper points out the potential financial risk and operating risk of high revenue, low profit phenomenon, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
